Everyday Courage: a workshop on the power of storytelling

Unlocking the quiet bravery alive in your stories

As humans, we are a living mycelium of stories. Every day, courage already lives quietly inside us – waiting to be named, witnessed, and turned into shared wisdom.

When a true story is told and truly heard, something shifts:
The teller sees their own story with fresh eyes
The listeners recognise their own hidden strength
The whole room becomes a web of stories
That is the gentle magic we will step into together.

On this winter evening, we will gather around a (metaphorical) warm and crackling) fire to explore: individually, through gentle story-mapping and collectively, through intimate story circles
Using six simple lenses, we’ll harvest what our own stories reveal about everyday courage and the quiet bravery of being young in today’s world.

Come for the stories. Stay for the shift.
No previous experience needed – only the willingness to listen and be heard.

Your seat by the fire is waiting. Please reserve your spot here: https://forms.gle/UT1F1wFDggqhxgqT7

The workshop is free and intended for 18–30-year-olds. The language of the workshop is English.

The workshop is facilitated by Bhavani Ramamoorthi (PhD), an educational researcher, participatory leadership trainer, and story artist.

P.S. The evening is designed to slow down and feel deeply human.
You can share as much or as little as you like.
